Chani is an Essex-based theatre director and facilitator.
As a Director she specialises in
musicals,
working with young people,
and new writing;
often combining the roles of director and movement director. Her work spans across London, East Anglia, and national touring.
She is currently: Resident Director of the National Theatre's tour of Handbagged by Moira Buffini.
She trained on the Birkbeck Theatre Directing MFA after reading Education with English and Drama at University. Chani also works as an educator and facilitator, delivering workshops to young people and youth theatre groups. She is an experienced dancer and dance teacher.
